The Gift of Music: Stories of Music Therapy

Presented by the Music Therapy Association of British Columbia, a special screening of the new film by Scott Rondeau. The film depicts the multi-faceted aspects of the music therapy profession. From Montreal to Victoria, from Winnipeg to Whitehorse, music therapy is used to enhance the quality of life of Canadians. Through music therapy a blind baby learns to engage her other senses, a dying man records a love song for his wife, and a polio survivor overcomes many challenges to make music his career. We are very happy to announce the date for the screening of The Gift of Music, Stories of Music Therapy
for the Canadian Music Therapy Trust Fund in support of music therapy projects in BC at the Vancity Theatre.
